Agreement Overview
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FxReign's platform, services, or programs (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FxReign. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.
Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, challenge participants, and funded traders. They govern your access to and use of our trading evaluation platform, educational resources, trading tools, and all related services.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through prominent platform notifications. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
Age and Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service.
Geographic Restrictions
Our Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain geographic locations at our discretion.
Account Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Identity Verification
We may require you to complete identity verification procedures, including providing government-issued identification documents and proof of address. This is necessary for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention. Failure to complete verification may result in limited account functionality or account suspension.
Nature of Service
Educational and Evaluation Platform
FxReign provides a simulated trading environment designed exclusively for educational purposes and trader evaluation. Our challenges and evaluation programs are meant to assess your trading skills, risk management abilities, and consistency in a controlled, demo trading environment.
No Financial Advice
FxReign does not provide investment advice, financial planning services, portfolio management, or brokerage services. Nothing on our platform should be construed as financial advice. No content, communication, or material provided by FxReign, its employees, or representatives constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Demo Trading Accounts
Challenge and evaluation accounts operate in a simulated environment and do not involve real capital. These accounts are designed to mirror live market conditions but do not execute real trades. Performance in demo accounts may differ from live trading results due to factors including execution speed, liquidity, and market conditions.
Funded Trading Opportunities
Upon successful completion of our evaluation process, eligible traders may receive access to funded trading accounts. These accounts involve real capital and are subject to additional terms, risk parameters, and performance requirements. Funded trading opportunities are subject to availability and our sole discretion.
Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Challenge Fees
Access to our evaluation challenges requires payment of a registration fee. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are charged in the currency specified at the time of transaction. Fees may vary based on account size, challenge type, and promotional offers.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card information. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.
No Refund Policy
All challenge fees are non-refundable once access to the evaluation account has been granted and the challenge has been activated. This policy reflects the immediate delivery of digital services and the resources allocated to your trading environment. Refund requests for challenges that have not been accessed may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Profit Sharing
Traders who successfully pass our evaluation process and receive funded accounts may be eligible for profit sharing according to the terms specified in their funding agreement. Profit share percentages, payout schedules, and minimum withdrawal thresholds are clearly communicated before you accept a funded account.
Trading Rules and Fair Use
Challenge Rules Compliance
Each challenge has specific rules regarding profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, daily loss limits, minimum trading days, and position sizing requirements. You must comply with all challenge rules at all times. Violation of any rule may result in challenge failure and account termination without refund.
Prohibited Trading Strategies
The following trading strategies are strictly prohibited: latency arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, tick scalping, hedge arbitrage, server manipulation, exploiting platform errors or system vulnerabilities, using platforms not authorized by FxReign, and any strategy designed to exploit rather than demonstrate genuine trading skill.
Automated Trading Restrictions
The use of Expert Advisors (EAs), trading bots, or automated trading systems must be explicitly approved by FxReign. Unauthorized automated trading, use of third-party trade copiers, account management by others, or signal following services without prior written approval is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
Account Integrity
You must trade independently and not coordinate strategies with other users to manipulate results or circumvent our evaluation process. Using multiple accounts simultaneously to hedge positions, sharing strategy information with intent to manipulate, or any form of collusion is strictly forbidden.
Fair Play Commitment
We expect all users to engage with our platform in good faith and demonstrate genuine trading skill. Any attempt to game the system, exploit technical loopholes, or otherwise circumvent the spirit of our evaluation process will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Prohibited Conduct
General Prohibitions
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with platform functionality, harass or threaten other users or staff, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
Account Misuse
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, share your account credentials with others, sell, transfer, or assign your account, provide false or misleading information, or use another person's identity or payment information without authorization.
Platform Abuse
You may not reverse engineer our platform, scrape data from our services, overload our servers with excessive requests, bypass security measures, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Account Suspension and Termination
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice and without refund, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, manipulated the platform or evaluation process, failed identity verification, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, you will lose access to all platform features, forfeit any active challenges, forfeit any unpaid profits or pending withdrawals, and be permanently banned from creating new accounts. We may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from our platform. We will vigorously defend against unwarranted chargebacks and may pursue legal action to recover damages.
Service Modifications and Availability
Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, pricing, challenge rules, trading instruments, platform hours, and evaluation criteria. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of services.
Scheduled Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits platform access. We will attempt to provide advance notice of planned maintenance, but are not required to do so. You acknowledge that some downtime is necessary for platform improvements and security updates.
No Guarantee of Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, market closures, or third-party service failures.
Liability and Disclaimers
Service Provided 'As Is'
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FxReign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that trading carries inherent risks and you may lose your entire investment. Performance in simulated environments does not guarantee success in live trading.
Maximum Liability Cap
In no event shall FxReign's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to FxReign in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FxReign, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the United Kingdom as we may elect.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to when using specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and FxReign regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by FxReign.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.
